Build an online Website Builder

I would like an online website builder created. This would be for use on a current website. I would like am account system added to the website where when the client clicks on the website builder package they will be taken to a cart and then they pay for the service. From then on I would like them to have access to the website builder. I would also like the site to auto host the website with a sub domain name after the client has created the site. If work is a very good standard then ongoing full time work will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a small budget application which will lead into a full time work so please bid acordingly.
