Build a small website with affiliate page and script, also 8 various advertising banners -- 3

I want a website built, and 8 banners produced in various sizes, configurations and designs. Needs to be similar information on current site, but site needs to be much more professional than what is currently done. Needs to be a professional looking finance website. payment will be 30% payment on approval of design of website, 8 banners and affiliate program. then balance on uploading and showing me running of full site and affiliate program and receipt of 8 banners. The main page of the website is the introduction with what services we are offering, the 2nd page is a form for selecting options and submitting a form for more information and the 3rd page is the affiliate marketing page. website is [login to view URL] and need to professionalise website as well as add information (supplied by designer) Site is done in wordpress and new site can be done in this, affiliate script can be wordpress based as well, but needs to be set up and running by the designer. I like the Divi WordPress Theme and many of the contents of that. Must be same design style as website. 5. additional photos and text to fill the website supplied by designer. 6. website must be configured to work well with iphones, 7. design an email template for newsletters and have a newsetter script installed in wordpress so it can be managed.
