Changes to an existing WP site

Need someone to undertake the following changes to polish my WP website [login to view URL] 1. remove social overlays on team member images 2. Remodel the ‘Let Us Pitch You” into: 1. header + text just the same 2. a get your free white paper button that signs a user up via mail chimp and triggers a white paper to be sent over 3. "How It works" heading and subheading the same 1. show the process in more of a flow like way, kind of step by step. 4. Get the header menu to slide to the right parts of the page 5. Contact page 1. Tighten up page a lot - utilise 3 existing icons as used on home page. I'll sub more in later. 2. when a user clicks a package on the home page it should pre - fill a field on the contact form 3. get the captcha working, have the send button only come up when the user clicks it 4. Have the site seal come up 5. Configure the contact page to link back correct home page 6. Configure the SSL certificate to work and display as green in the URL bar 7. Configure the parallax backgrounds to display the video with the dotted overlay 8. Configure the loading screen to show a .gif I will provide. 9. Fix issue with images not displaying at all when uploaded
