We're looking for a rockstar developer who can create a fully functional website form, that does the following:
Functional:
-Website visitor enters required and optional information in the different fields.
-Website visitor hits "submit".
-The contents of the form (all entered fields) are send directly to a Gmail account.
Design:
-the form must look and feel exacly like the following form: [login to view URL]
-the blue "stripe" must be a red stripe, which is in line with the look and feel of our website.
Required and optional fields:
-There will be a number of required and a number of optional fields. These will be communicated.
-When a required field is missing and the website visitor clicks on "submit", then an error message must pop up and an indication of which field(s) are missing. Basically the same functionality when required fields are missing as for the form [login to view URL]
Important information:
-The website is build using a Thrive theme (Wordpress).
-The fields, error messages, etc will have to be in Dutch. I will provide the details.
-The site is hosted with Bluehost and I want the form to send the input directly to a Gmail account when this visitor hits "submit". In order to get this to work, a SMTP plugin MIGHT be required. That is something I expect you to figure out and solve.
