Create simple Ebay listing template

I need a clean simple ebay template created that meets Ebay's new 2017 regulations which means it must be mobile friendly / responsive. Something similar to the listing template here : [login to view URL] The finished template must pass the new Ebay regulations test at : [login to view URL] At the moment I am just wanting the listing template done so I can start changing my listings ASAP but in the near future I will need a complete Ebay store design done to match in with the template so would prefer to choose someone who can do a full store design for me when the time comes. If you bid on the project please let me know if you are able to do full store designs. Again something similar to the one in the link. For the template I would like the colours more like the attached image (deep red rather than orange) and only the tabs shown (Item Description, Shipping etc). The function of the template must be the same as that in the provided link. Small image changes main image when clicked and main image enlarges on click. Clicking on the tabs changes text below etc. Template needs to be easy for me to change item description etc. I don't have a particular font in mind so whatever looks clean and fresh is fine. Obviously need the template to display properly across all common browsers and on phones / tablets. Any questions just ask.
