Boot Page for browser in Ubuntu - repost

We have an Acer Revo currently running ubuntu linux with firefox installed as the default browser. The machine operates as a touch screen information kiosk so needs to be set as follows: System - The machine should boot directly into full screen firefox browser window loading the locally hosted html information page. The browser should return to the homepage after 3 minutes of inactivity and the on-screen keyboard should always be on top of the browser window. The browser should also be blocked from loading new tabs or new windows. HTML Information page - This has been completed but needs to be edited so that all links open in the main frame of the page and the top frame needs to be fixed and always visible. The top frame contains the HOME button at present but will eventually contain the language selection bar, so needs to be visible at all times. Alternatively provide a specifically configured kiosk version of ubuntu that can load the locally hosted home page and return to it after a period of inactivity.
