Build an Web Analytic s Product / Cookies / Database

What we need: I would like to build a web analytic product and user interface which helps track and log unique visitor history and builds a profile on individual visitors who visit a website. I have found a product on the internet that does what I want it to do however I want it to do some more; the relevant pages you might want to look at are as follows: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I would like to build this product to offer to my clients a solution to give them better visibility of what is happening on their website. A clone of the above product would be fine and there is a free trial so that you can sign up to this to look at it. I would like the product to work in exactly the same way: 1. Users register an account online through a website 2. Each account is assigned a piece of unique tracking script that they paste behind their page (a piece of java script) 3. They are also given a piece of even tracking code to wrap document downloads, image clicks and video plays with to collect that information 4. The application places a cookie into each websites browser / server with a unique ID which holds unique information such as - The unique user ID we assign - Time and date of visit - Customisable fields (such as if they fill out a form and enter personal details such as email address). If you send out an email campaign, you should be able to use a link such as: a. [login to view URL](email address goes here) b. When a user clicks on the link, the cookie grabs the value that is in the link (such as an email address, and any other information you may include. 6. People who have accounts should be able to do the following: - Log into their account - Look at the history of different visitors in an online table same as this link: - [login to view URL] - Download into Excel the profiles of different users - And perhaps sort the data and results (I have included a screen shot of another filter, it would be good if it had this. - In addition to this it would be an advantage if you could do the following: - Connect to salesforce to pass information into the activity stream (association by email as unique key) In the beginning I am not looking for this to be a “pretty” (great to look at) product. I just want the first build to be functionally correct, stable and working. I suspect that the firm who builds this should have experience in the following: 1. Cookies 2. Database 3. I have included a power point of what the user interface could look like however, as stated above, first of all I really just want it to work properly. This may help give some colour to the project. Also, to set expectations, once I have some quotes back I am going to take this back to the company I am working for, I will then architect together exact requirements and a specific list of V1 requirements which I will provide back to you all within the coming weeks.
