Awesome Rails Developer Wanted - Multiple Projects - Fun Team -- 2

Are you amazing at Rails and a fast worker who can solve complex problems? Do you want to be part of a fun team and be paid on time every time? If so, it sounds like you'd be a great addition to the team. This role will give you the opportunity to work on a wide variety of products. At the moment, this includes 3 Rails based software products which our company owns. These are based around: - Staff scheduling - Accounting and data integration - Event management On top of this, there are two upcoming projects for clients involving staff management and an inventory tracking and invoicing system. You would join a team of 3 developers located in different countries. That means you need to work well in a team. We use Slack, Trello and Git to manage all of the projects. You will have the freedom to come up with your own ways of solving problems instead of just taking orders. This means that you must have the ability to research existing solutions (like gems or heavy use of Stack Overflow) and put your suggestions forward. While it will start as a freelancing role, we'd like to move to a more permanent arrangement down the track Please include some samples of work you have previously completed, and if you have a Github (or other) profile, that will get you some serious bonus points. Due to existing team locations, our preferred locations are - USA - Eastern Europe - Australia - Philippines
