Dictionary for Mobile phones

We are in search of professional software developers for mobile phones. We have prepared a huge database (language terms that include words, meanings, grammatical notes and phonetics) and we wish to have a platform, designed for that. i.e. the dictionary software in Symbian The second part of our project is developing a reliable copy protection protocol to ensure that our software can not be copied illegally. We prefer to be consulted on the possible ways for doing this job. The third part of our project is developing a voice recognising software, which will convert the speech to text (phonetics) and would be added to the main software. And the last part of our project is finding the most appropriate way to represent the product to be electronically sold in our website (e-commerce) We would be grateful for getting consultation on all the four parts of our project and although we have denoted some developers for each part of the job, we prefer to find professional firms which can accomplish all our demands. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Symbian OS for Nokia series 60 (in the first phase), the original program is preferred to have been written in C++
