basic drupal based website

Hi, For a client of us we are looking for some-one or a small compagnie to create a pretty basic drupal based website. The website will be used by the communications department of a middle sized town to inform the public on new and ongoing building and maintenance projects troughout the town. The example we were shown is [login to view URL] This is a very good reference for what we are aiming for. It contains 3 pages: 1* home/about page with some general (static) info - 2* projecten that shows thumbnails of all the projects and when you click one of them opens a page and shows the other projects as tabs on the left side - 3* a contact page .. Please start your respons with "I read it" to prove you actually read this post. We would also need a fourth "Faq" page with the possibility to organize q&a to topic and project. The communications person is looking for a site that lets him easily create a new page for a new project. On this page he will put some text, picture(s), youtube movie or flash content. Also the faq part should be simple and intuitive to enter new text. This person is not a webguru and a busy man so he needs something simple and straightforward that lets him create or update the site with the same ease as sending an email. As for design the example is a good refernce too .. very basic with a header we will provide you with and a simple color and typo scheme you will get from us too.
