counter and statics

please read the Description in good way and understand then bid if you have the ability i want static page for whom visit page .. ill send the page with id and other variable so i want first to be able to add the page which will be redirected to ( like [login to view URL] ) all of it like [login to view URL] but in the details of any click when i want to view the details i want the static for all visitors and every visitor alone ill tell you how: for example i want to send a page for 10 emails i want to know who opened the url ... so i want to send the email at the end of the url lets say that i want to send this site ([login to view URL]) i will put it in the script ,, the script will give me the other link which will redirect to the main site ([login to view URL]) e.g will look like this : [login to view URL] i can send this url .. and i can add other variable for it (the email ) to be like this : [login to view URL] @ [login to view URL] so when the client visit the url i gave .. ill get it on the counter admin page see the image below to be clear - if it possible i want it within 3 days - arround 100 $
