Copy Magento Theme to a Second Domain - Refer to Description Below

Project Description: I have an existing web-site. I need someone who is creative and artistic to basically copy my existing theme to a new domain. I only need to transfer the themes and layout, not the content. I do need to change the theme colors, banner, and a few miscellaneous things. I also need 300 items to be professionally entered. ONCE AGAIN, I have an existing web-site with all the MAGENTO add-ons and themes already completed. I just want to use that exact design, and apply it to a new domain with a few alterations to reflect the material being sold. I need this job to be done professionally and promptly. You MUST be an expert at Magento. I will give you a list of 300 items for product entry. I will give you a brand and a model number and you must find detailed descriptions, specifications, and pictures WITHOUT watermarks for each item. I will also give you new categories and subcategories to replace the existing ones. The existing site has a shopping cart, and it also has a very advanced drop-menu category bar. I will provide brands and 5 new pictures for the slider on the homepage. Firstly, the tabs on the top (Ceiling Lights | Wall Lights | Lamps) will be changed and the sub-categories that appear when you scroll will also be different. On top of that I will be adding more Categories. The Slider will have FIVE new images. The 3 banners images to the right of the slider will be changed as well. The FEATURED CATEGORIES section under the slider will be removed. I want to make the SLIDER a little smaller, and put the list FEATURED CATEGORIES to the left of it. The FEATURED CATEGORIES section under the slider will be removed and In It's place will be two sections side-by-side. One will be NEW ITEMS and the other will be POPULAR ITEMS. Each section will have 4 products (4 for NEW ITEMS and 4 for POPULAR ITEMS) that will be changed very frequently. All of the BRANDS at the bottom of the site will be updated and each link will go to all the products associated with that brand. In addition, I will give you a new LOGO and Font for the Banner for you to change. I want to change the color scheme for the new domain as well.
