Build Script to Log into Various sites, Extract info add it to another site.

I work in the GPT industry and i'm looking to create a script that will login and harvest the info needed to add the offer to our site without us having to copy and past every offer one at a time. The Idea is this, Login to Network site Harvest all Available offers and store the info in a MySQL database. Then we would need a page to review these offers and make adjustments if needed (More details at a later date.) Once we are Done adjusting and approving what offers to add and what offers to ignore, the script will then log into our admin backend and add them in the background (No need for the user to leave the window open and wait for it to be completed). Sadly the script we have does not allow access to the database for direct injection so it will need to use the forms provided in the back end to add them. It will need to be able to handle errors like if the site times out, be able to go back and check what offers were completed then pick up where it left off any anything else that might happen. The Script will also need to do checks on if offers are still active on the network site and set them to expired if they are not, using the admin back end of our site it is easy to do just time consuming. This is One of many projects I have that need completing, great results on this project will result in further projects being assigned to you. I'm Looking for someone with good experience in PHP and MySQL as well as basic experience in html / css and possibly basic experience in Ajax to auto update forms without having to refresh the whole page.
