Hello Eli, I had a look at the PDF that contains the designs. Looks like you have a bright future ahead of you. Nice and clean design you have there. Well, me, I'm a full-time freelance web developer with an extensive knowledge of different coding languages (HTML, PHP, etc) You illustrated and described how you want the website to behave in the PDF file, making it easier to understand and create the site. Regarding page 1's rotating carousel, the download arrow can be part of the carousel. This is the best way for the arrows to change colors as the carousel rotates. The hover feature at the bottom of page 1 is fully understood and the functionality will be created accordingly. The login and signup lightboxes will also be done how you described them. The page 2 click functionality as well as the Date from and Date till input boxes will also be created accordingly. With the dates, I will create it so that when it is clicked, a calendar pops up so they can select dates. Thoughts? Looking forward to getting some feedback from you soon darkwind

It seems you need a PSD to HTML conversion. It is an easy task and you only need a few links and input fields as the main functionality so it shouldn't take long to complete. Saying that, the main goal is you liking the final product so if you aren't fully satisfied with it don't pay me anything.
