Create a Wordpress Template -- 2

I need a fully functional, flawless Wordpress template created. The design is very simple, but it must run very very smoothly. Please make sure that the template is 100% back-end ready, and very easy to use. My employees do not have tech experience, and I need them to be able to use it and make all necessary changes. You may use any stock photos or text in the design. Timeframe for this project: 1-72 hours CHANGES: Please create the same template, but we need the site to be smaller on the page. So the sample template is at 100% zoom, we need this at 70% zoom with extra space on the sides (about 1-1.5inch on each side). I can clarify this. Thanks. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF: 1.
