Customize a wordpress theme

Summary: Need to customize & extend an existing wordpress theme for a recruitment agency. Project Details: A suitable wordpress theme( Eg: Jobify, Job Engine, 9To5 etc..) needs to be downloaded and extend/customize the theme to include following feature: a) Candidate registration with info reg skill, education, experience, personal details. b) 6 Digit candidate code to be generated and saved during registration.(Can be a Sequence) c) Employer registration & joblisting (Configurable tariff) d) 6 Digit employer code to be generated and saved during registration.(Can be a Sequence) d) Job search and application submission by candidate e) Candidate must be able to purchase configured products. f) Employer must be able to purchase configured products. (Employer products and Candidate products are not same and should not see each other's products) g) Employer must be able to search candidates based on ~10 criteria. (Criteria to be provided later) To ease project communication, freelancers from Bangalore, India preferred.
