RSS-to-email custom post order from Wordpress to Campaign Monitor

We need to be able to over-ride the default "by date order" sending of RSS feeds. Background: We currently change the order of Worpdress blog posts using a beautiful drag-and-drop plugin [login to view URL] which displays our preferred post order (i.e. over-riding default date order) on the website and then when posts are delivered to our app. We currently manage over 30 Wordpress blogs (and growing) - each with their own app using ManageWP. The problem: Each Wordpress blog has a Campaign Monitor campaign that sends an auto RSS-to-email but they fail to display the posts in our new order, instead reverts to the default date order (latest first). How the solution should look like: As we manage many Wordpress blogs, we want to be able to easily activate the fix via a plugin because we have no coding skills and we use default WP themes (currently use TwentyTen* and do not know who to create Child themes etc). Plugins also gives you and us both an opportunity to quickly make and activate updates across the 30 blogs if needed. We need to be able to set-and-forget Campaign Monitor - in other words there should be NO manual work to do each time a RSS-to-email campaign happens. So we are assuming the solution will come from the Wordpress side (or via a third party filter, like Feedburner). We are open to be guided to use third party plugins or software (e.g. Feedburner) if you feel it will solve our problem in a scalable way. * Note: We have other projects to come including: - Modifying a Twenty12 or similar template (moving search bar and customising some repeatable sidebar widgets). - Writing WP plugins that tap into Campaign Monitor's API and creating some cool looking analytics and login widgets in each WP admin dashboard. Budget: Under $500. Experience required: Have worked with Wordpress RSS feed coding and preferably integrated RSS-to-feed campaigns from Wordpress blogs to Campaign Monitor.
