558801 Joomla and Wordpress Help Needed

I am looking for a programmer who is knowledgeable of Joomla/Virtuemart and Wordpress on the following website: [login to view URL] Currently, the main changes needed on site are on the homepage, virtuemart and blog (Wordpress). I have also attached the updated mockups of the homepage and blog. Home Page Changes 1. Java photo gallery needs to be across the top of the page, thumbnails on the right hand side 2. Announcement (under Welcome to Topshelfgraphix) - need to be able to post a picture, text or picture/text combo in this area. 3. Latest products added are listed in this area Virtuemart: 1. Shipping setup with USPS - must be ready to use 2. PayPal is the only payment method accepted 3. No registration required to pay (+ additional changes) Blog Wordpress Changes 1. One blog post is titled “About” and is placed permanently at the top of the page. The post has a background of dark grey 2. Each blog posts need to have the same social media sharing features like the products 3. The links on the right side are the same format as the rest of the page - i.e. same color, font, etc. If this project is completed successfully, we can discuss further work and projects in the future.
