Create quicktag button into Wordpress editor

I need to create quicktag button into the Wordpress editor. For reference, you can check this link: 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] These 2 links only to show what the quicktag I need. Please read the condition bellow, so you know exactly what I want. The condition : 1. I don't want to hack the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] on wp-includes/js folder. So all the codes must be embed on the theme (maybe on function.php.) Create other file if necessary. 2. The quicktag supply 10 <div> tag. 3. The quicktag button should display on Visual mode and HTML mode. Note: 1. Please make sure you understand what I want. Discuss before do the project. 2.
