A simple website needs to be build from PSD's. The design is beautifull and needs to be transformed to CSS pixelperfect. We need cross browser compatibility. For the best bids, the layout of the website wil be shown. Besides that, the site needs to be developed using responsive design. So the website needs to be ready for smartphones, tablets and computers. An example of this responsive design can be found here: [login to view URL] Please include a portfolio of websites with responsive design in your bid. I can be advised whether it is good to use joomla or wordpress. We are thinking of wordpress for simplicity, but depending on the requirements of the website, we are open for suggestions for joomla as well. In the CMS we only need the functions that are used, the rest should be invisible, to make the CMS easy to learn for the client. there will be 3 weeks available to complete the job.
