Good day, I can install my copy of PowerMTA including my c email marketing software which works with pmta (to dispatch emails, throttle etc.). I paid $50,000 for the original license (unlimited installs) in 2009 and have had it updated since. Current clients of mine receive inboxing percentages of 98%. Please let me know!

I've been down this road many times and I hope you are not being mis-led. This is an extremely tricky thing to do these days, even if you have your own server, FQDN and email setup. It's not simply having the server set up and blast away. There are inbound restrictions by all major providers which ultimately control how much you can send by controlling how much they accept inbound, as well as a multitude of things / settings that determine whether or not your email will even make it to the inbox. Do you require a server or do you already have one? If you do not, I can set you up with a powerful vrtual private server for approx. $100 per month to handle the volume you are requesting. When you are done emailing the server can be easily discarded and you are under not obligation as it is an open contract. You need a clean list, a good reputation and a spam free message - even if every single email is from one your own clients. I've experience this first hand.
