Add new Function to Agriya Script such as Youtube video, sorting orders

Have a agriya script, and require some new features added on to the site: 1. sort the orders of budget, SF+, service, detailed service, countries, and cities in backend, then show the sorted order in frontend (menu search bar + the listing submission page) just like joomla actually: add this in backend: (add sorting order to the right side and add this sorting order to all budget, countries, sf+ - all the left side ones) then the sorted orders should display here - menu: and submit listing page 2. Add Video in Listing Page (just like below): Add a youtube link + self added description in here- in backend) (for example I paste this link [login to view URL]) then display it in listing page (see above) and also on frontpage have an video icon. the elements and PSD files: [login to view URL] 3. rewrite partial script and Improve the websites speed significantly, right now the websites is too slow. 4. duplicate this website to 20 different domain names, also have to handle the facebook like of function for different domains.
