Adult Live Webcam site With members and video archive

I need a talented team of Developers and Integrator to build me a Live Adult Webcam site. This site is for 1 model only and will require a membership system, payment structure, as well as video and picture archive. There will be an admin section where I can modify the site's content, rates, members. I would be looking for a pre-coded template which can be easily tweaked to my needs if needed.
