Automated Browser-based RPG

Looking to create a more functional, online version of the game Progress Quest - [login to view URL] Would include registration and the ability to create and save characters, and a current leaderboard, as well as a back-end admin system for creating new actions, abilities, equipment etc, as well as managing players and accounts. If needed, this can be done via text files, SQL or XML, but an admin section would be preferable. CSS, site design and graphic design does not need to be done, just looking for someone to create the system itself. We can start off fairly basic, but eventually want to be moving toward trophies, automated PVP and an air / java / smart phone app. If you check out Progress Quest, there isn't much of a "game" to speak of - it just needs to run while the user is viewing the page.
