Build an Adult Membership Website - repost

I’m looking for a website developer/designer with an experience in developing an adult membership site and not offended by gay contents. The site is meeting site where members can upload photos, videos, browse, connect and interact to each other and should be able to handle a heavy traffic. This site have features that includes video chat room, IM and Message Board.
