Build Me A Blog (Volusion Website)

I have an online store powered by Volusion. Unfortunately Volusion do not allow for WordPress blogs to be hosted on their server. They say that the only way to have a blog attached to your online store is to use a subdomain or an entirely different domain, and just link it through. For SEO reasons I would much prefer to have my blog on my primary domain, so I am looking for someone to build me a blog as part of my website. I understand that it won't be able to be a WordPress blog, but any other kind of in-built blog that allows for the usual blog features such as tags, categories and SEO fields will be perfect. You will need to be familiar with Volusion in order to complete this project. In your bid, please outline the relevant experience that you have with other Volusion stores.
