We would like to create an online escrow service website. We want a simple design allowing buyers and sellers to create an account attaching it to their banking information. Buyer will deposit funds to our account. We will then transfer funds to seller's account after the job is verified complete by both parties. Very simple interface. We also want paymaster capabilities, where we receive funds from the buyer to our account, and then disburse the funds to multiple party accounts. Seller can see that buyer has deposited funds into escrow. We want this to be a fully automated system that can enroll new members, transfer payments to our escrow account, and automatically release payments to sellers after both confirm transaction is complete. Open to suggestions on best functionality.
We will then build out a mobile app for the website immediately afterwards.
We are taking bids for the website only, or website and mobile app combined.
We want to own the rights to all source code.
