Build an Online Order

Project is to develop an ordering page for farm produce. There are no payments made via the page. Payment is made upon collection of produce. The products ordering page will be accessed via a link from an existing website that is currently a WP site, although not hosted on WP. It needs to be responsive to mobile devices. There needs to be a database to store photos of food and prices such that products can be easily added or deleted and prices changed. There will be a listing for potatoes for example. Admin can log in and set quantity available to 20. The unit for potatoes will be kg. The available quantity is viewable by users, and decreases each time an order is placed for that product. For spinach the quantity will be bunches. When the users log in, they will only see the list of products available at that time, and the quantity remaining. As users will be logged in, they will not be required to send name address phone etc... Just user name is sufficient. A registered user will log in and place an order. The total amount owing will be viewable by the user and the admin. When a user places an order, that order is emailed to the admin. The user will have the total $ owing for their purchase displayed when they are logged in. Once payment is received, admin will update amount owing on their account, and this can be seen by the user. A user will be able to view their current outstanding order. Once order has been received the order will be stored in history for the users future reference. An order confirmation page will be emailed to the user notifying them of the day of pick up. A basic idea of the order page is attached.
