Build a Website

We want to build a website that contains following features:- - The site should have 3 user types (Administrator, Seller, Buyer) - Users should only be able to register as sellers or buyers and only the administrator should be able to make another user an administrator (I guess this is sort of covered in Drupal itself) - When a user registers, the information taken should include name, address (street, city, county, country), email, phone, business/company name (suggestions to improve this are welcome by the way) - The site should have categories and sub-categories for sellers to upload their products - The administrator(s) should be able to create categories and sub-categories - Buyers should be able to search for products by category, name, price and general keywords Further detailed design and contents information that our website is going to have will be shared after project awarded. We would prefer drupal as our development platform ,but any suggestions are welcome. In search of creative,professional and in-budget freelancer.(Note:We are willing to pay more than what we will decide in the beginning if you show your commitment and provide your creative input which will help us to make our website more robust and user friendly)
