Build php / mysql site for services reservation

I need a fast / experienced coder that can write clean and commented code, easy to contact and talk to by email or skype to follow project evolution. Here is site skeleton: * Build custom private site: I have only done login page. All texts need to be in a separate file included in php with a lang flag so i can easily translate from english to any other lang. You have to develop php code and mysql db. It is a services buying system for hotels. So hotels login and can buy services from various providers. Providers can also login and add / edit / delete services by category (example: car rental, museum tickets, spa sessions, etc.) Each category would need diferent information filled up in a form. ex. car rental needs a calendar of availability, etc. When hotel has finisged buying, he will get a bill and decide if he wants to pay by visa (paypal integration for the moment) or he will pay at the end of month by bank, that will be done outside of the site. Providers and hotels will have to have listings in pdf of daily / weekly / monthly activity with totals, etc. System has to be very open as it will need future upgrades. --Important: First task in this site is to develop user access from login and first service hotels will be able to buy is car rental service from a test provider. User will login and choose that test provider, will see services that this provider offers, in this case "Car Rental" and get to a form he needs to fill with following info: Category car: A,B,C,D, etc. Pick up date, time (with nice calendar) and place Return date, time (with nice calendar) and place Comments
