Coder/Designer needed to build website based on reddit.com

Greetings freelancers! My team is looking to hire a web developer who is familiar with "www.reddit.com" and it's source code (which is available for free under the GNU GPL license). What we need done: - Freelancer must be able to create and install a working "reddit.com" clone or "lesswrong.com", which is based off the reddit code(both sites have easy 30 minute installation guides that create a exact copy for the respective site . - The layout must then be graphically customized towards a look that fits our niche market. (Such as a car, or computer news site.) - A few minor changes in the navigation bar, implementation of pre-made plugins will be needed and can further be discussed in private.
