Construction company needs web site designed

I own a construction company here in Tennessee. I need a website that is similar to WWW.lockridgehomes.com. In no way do I want the site exact because this is a copyright violation. I will in no way take part in any illegal activities because i run a company based on integrity and honesty. This site is for reference only. The only exception I do not have many locations and my floor plans will only be around 6-8 floor plans. I will post the floor plans and house designs on freelancers also for bid, if you want to bid on the floor plans and house design please give a price per house.
