Convert Existing Prestashop 1.4 LIVE Website to Prestashop 1.5 version

I am looking for someone that can help me convert my Prestashop 1.4 Template to 1.5 at a reasonable rate. Convert my existing Prestashop 1.4 LIVE Website to the latest 1.5.1 Version 2. I will send you all the files for the modification and access to the Server for testing. 3. Fine Tuning & Layout Adjustment the Theme. (Minor tweak to align the template) 4. There is also some simple module modification to change the theme color & tile background upload in admin area. 5. Must make sure theme compatible to all major Browser. 6. Once the theme is ready will be tested & make sure no bug / error to release final payment. Delivery on 6th December 2012.
