I have a potential client who is not happy with what they have. They therefore consider changing their whole system and supplier. I am looking for someone who is there for the long run. It is not enough that you deliver the system. You need to be able to give support after it is finished and help with the changes they require and deliver changes as fast as possible. I am therefor looking for a company situated in Europe. The webapp is about signing people up for different courses they run at a private school. It is not a simple task, but has a lot of functionality. If a course is full another person cannot sign up. So there always needs to be a communication with the DB.
