Crowdfunding functionality 1page + admin (HTML/CSS supplied)

Hi everybody, sorry about the re-post, I wasn't able to adequately edit my initial posting of this job. This is to fix any confusion. I am looking to build a crowdfunding website to fundraise for charity, the only difference being that there is only one project raising money at a time (decided by me). If you do not know what a crowdfunding site is, please google it. There are many well known ones out there. PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT looking for a clone of these sites. I am referring to them simply as an example. I'm a web designer, but the extent of my coding is HTML/CSS and playing with other's PHP... so building something like this from scratch is way above my head. So, what I need is someone to help me build the actual donations/project page for this fundraising website, and the accompanying administration area. I would like it in PHP (so if I need to, I can tweak it), and standalone (so NOT piggybacking off a WordPress installation, for example). It needs all of the following functionality - being able to donate via Paypal, comments (moderated in admin section), list of donors, social media integration (facebook/twitter/email to a friend), a running tally of how much has been raised (less Paypal fees and commission). I'd also like a Top 10 donors list (automated) if possible. The administration section needs to have the functionality for me to set a commission on the project (eg 1% of donations to cover costs, such as marketing and paying you!), have some sort of statistics (weekly/monthly), as well as the ability for me to change the project that is being funded (maybe archive the old one?). The look and feel needs to integrate with the website we are building for this charity - I will supply a photoshop mockup and basic HTML/CSS code for the page. I would need you to help me build the AJAX tabs to seperate the actual donations page with the list of donors. And the whole thing needs to be highly secure, as we're hoping to raise a million dollars. Yup. $1,000,000! I've looked at a couple of similar scripts on the market, but the best is $1000 and that is way over my budget (it's for charity, remember... and I'm funding development myself as part of my donation). I am looking at around the $300-350 mark. Please bid accordingly. Please note - once again - I am NOT looking for a clone of an existing site, this is a completely different execution from what is currently on offer. Please let me know if you can help out!
