Design and build simple website for a holiday cottage rental

Simple website required to showcase holiday cottage. No transactional requirements at present, although would like to be able to add these in at a later date (calendar to show availability and credit card payments). No requirement for copy writing - will do this myself. Total of seven pages required, all in the same format, selected by clicking on tabs: Introduction Rates Photos Details and layout Location Contact Local information Website needs to be able to be read on iPhone / iPad / other tablet as well as standard computer so no flash or anything. Looking for a professional looking style but not corporate - needs to look "family run"! Seaside cottage, family friendly, quaint style. Would envisage having a banner across the top of the page with the name and location of the cottage and a panoramic photo of the view that pans across back and forth as you look at the page (unless you have a better idea!) Want to make sure that the cottage comes up high on google search when googlers input "holiday cottage isle of purbeck". Willing to pay 25% upfront and 75% on completion, via PayPal
