Distributed Crystal reports System, Microsoft .net c# javasc

Some work already done but we need to complete this. Previous developer has left this job. You should ready to work 6-7 hours per day and should report me daily on the tasks completed. Must be available online 6-7 hours. Must have working knowledge of crystal reports. 2-3 years experience in .Net is must. 1. The SWF file attached with is the document thoroughly explains the design and working. 2. There will be categories managed by the administrator. 3. Administrator will be able to define the custom reports for each category. The selected report will be available for each one category only. 4. Initially you have to create 10 custom reports. The files will be in the admin directory. The data format and the database for reporting will be supplied. 5. The administrator will register the users on the portals. For each user the administrator will supply the logo, connection string for user database. The database structure for every database will be same and will support all the reports. 6. For each user the connection string and the logo will be different. 7. For each user the separate directory will be created and will be available only to specific users. 8. The admin will select what report to display to each user. 9. There should be excellent exception handling as we need to query database for different connection string. Where possible must use AJAX. 10. The design should be very competitive and innovative. 11. The amount agreed amount will be hand over to you once after completing the complete job and no up-front. 12. All the work should be in ODBC connection. These are the requirements.
