we have a terrible landing page to improve. from a conversion perspective the design and messaging if confusing. From a development perspective it is even worse. It is a single huge image file with links imagemapped/hotspotted in. 1. will need a detailed report why the landing page sucks for conversion and technical perspective too, and perhaps even seo (I don't have the time to write this) 2. recreate the landing page in html5 with separately optimised images and proper div structure. the page has a 4 embedded youtube videos and a jquery carousel of images, apart from that it is just image/text. thanks
