I need to create a professional website for a business management consultancy. He must have an entry page smart and elegant (but very intuitive), a space to upgrade with events and news, a page to display curriculum consultants, another to show the methodology and tools of consulting, for another update with cases of companies , etc. services portfolio. The site should be in two languages (English and Portuguese). I do not have any idea formed that site and you'll have me present an outline of the entire project, with all pages and content possibilities. I prefer that most pages do not have scroll bars. You can take ideas from an existing website (but it should be fine). All images and pictures that you use must be copyright free (I request this). I will make a milestone of 20% in the initial test (in my provider) and 80% in delivery after final adjustments. I will not make further payments.
