Convert CSS website template into Wordpress theme - repost

I have an existing CSS website template. Online here [login to view URL] I would like this site converted into a Wordpress theme preserving the functionality currently in the existing template; page types, gallery layouts, typography, social media and sharing, etc. I also have an existing Wordpress template to use as the model for the backend dashboard of the new site. I would like the new site's dashboard to mirror the same widgets, sections, and backend organization displayed in my template. I can supply the template files so you can use the widgets and back end layout. Additionally, I would like images in the "Featured Projects" section to include the same property information seen in the main homepage slider shadow.
