Complete Website Redesign and SEO friendly content

Hi! I have a website which needs complete redesign and also SEO friendly content. I want a unique interface and also I may need to add links in the menu later so you should design menu bar is such a way that if I wish to do it myself in future then I should not have a problem doing that. Same requirement goes for footer. I have a little understanding of HTML and CSS myself. I want light coloured theme and avoiding black, red, orange and pink colours. Regarding link building , links can also be placed in no follow forums, might sound awkward to you, but I want links in high traffic related forums and would need a list of links placed as I would verify it myself.
