A non-template style Website required

The client needs a website similar in content to [login to view URL] - including a similar questionnaire and programming involved to give someone an idea how likely they are to get planning permission. He also need 3d house images in a vector style to demonstrate the idea of splitting a garden and building another house in the back garden - We can sketch what we are after. The client is really after a coder with flare, and not keen on generic template designed website, please send us example of work ( that you have directly done yourself ) which will make it easier for us to select the best person for the job. We would like the site to be accessible by all modern day technology ( so maybe not flash? ) but advise on this would be good. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood".
