Elegant html user interface design for web-frontend

The goal is to design the main page of the user interface for our download application. It is controlled via a web-browser and therefore a one-page psd or html design is needed. Via our application the user can see and handle his running file download, as well as all existing files in a file manager manner. Of course there should be ui elements for all common features you would expect from a download manager. A detailed description will be sent out to interested applicants, it also includes the current base layout and screenshots from the old user interface. It will give you an detailed insight on what is exactly needed, but the creative part is done by you. Bringing in your own ideas and impressions is highly appreciated! We are used to deliver best quality as possible and the same shall be true for the user interface. No Coding is required, we just need the design.
