custom designed professional website - NO TEMPLATES!

Hello, I need a designer to create a new web 2.0 website for me. The website must be an ORIGINAL design, and can not be based off of a template. The website will be a static website with no backend programming needed. We are starting up a new company and the website we need will look like a fully functioning website, however we do not need any functionality to work/ The website will be a gift card website. You will be able to browse gift cards that are available for sale by business, you will be able to sell your own gift cards, and we will need other pages such as about us, contact us etc... In addition to the website we will need a new logo created. In 1 year we will be changing the name of our website and we will be changing our logo so please take that into consideration when designing the site so that we can easily rebrand the website. The design should look similar to the following websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] We need a very clean design, very profssional looking. We need teh mouse over interaction found in the headers and when hovering over gift cards for sale. When you click on any of the gift cards for sale it should take you to a static page for a gift card. The index page of the site should have 10 different giftcards for sale but when you click on them it should take you to the same basic static page. Again, the point of the site is to just show people how the site will look and act when complete. We will provide the text content for the website but will need you to provide all images. We will provide more detail on teh exact design of each page needed once we chose the designer, but for the time being you should assume the pages listed below are what is needed and each of these pages will be similar in design to the example websites listed above. Remember, we need NO FUNCTIONALITY, NO BACKEND PROGRAMMING, NO DATABASE...etc, just the static website that looks like it is fully functional. We only need the front end design. Once satisfied on PDF design you will be responsible for slicing and creating the website. The site should have basic mouse over and hover links similar to the site examples provided above.
