Hi, I need two forms built on an existing website using Contact Form 7. They are both identical except that one will have some extra sections. The Structure is already planned, would just need someone to just do the html coding, and maybe some limited CSS. The forms include options for purchasing uniforms, meal vouchers, etc. which will then need to tally to a total amount to be paid. Which I will then need to link to a Paypal payment gateway - please not this is not an ecommerce site/project... I just need a way for at the end of the form the total payment to be tallied to a total. Please see structure of forms in attached file. I will want to see previous examples of other Contact Form 7 Forms that you have built before awarding you the project. Please bid on total project for two contact form 7, keeping in mind that they are identical except for a couple of extra sections.
