Convert custom VB4 template to VB5

This is a re-post of a failed project. We're currently in the progress of upgrading VB4 to VB5. The upgrade is already complete and all plugins are installed/updated but we lack the expertise to convert our VB4 template to VB5, making use of some new/replacement plugins. So the job is: - Convert our VB4 template to VB5, keeping the current look & feel. - Replace VSA Chatbox with DBTech Shout (already installed). Database has already been converted, and the updated style and plugins have been installed. I have everything running (old & new) on a dev vps and can give you full (root) access to it as well as full access to phpmyadmin and admincp so you can get started right away if you want to. For VB5 everything needs to work when accessed over HTTPS (Secure SSL). Let me know if you're interested.
