I currently have purchased a BOOTSTRAP 3 template. I need ONLY the static front end site created for the majority of the site EXCEPT as follows Admin panel for : Blogging, updating the site "CONTENT" and in using the portfolio. The remainder of the site will be static front end with no connections to the admin panel - the static portions will hook into the existing server side code. I already have a back end system that will be plugged in. I am looking for someone that can do this in bootstrap, understands how only to create the frond end website portion with minimal admin control panel. MUST use bootstrap 3. Looking to complete this job as quickly as possible. Looking to hopefully hire this weekend and complete.
