Hi This is Ahsan. I have worked on or two of your projects long ago (related to Islamic Finance). I am a Microsoft certified specialist and I have fairly good experience with Web Development (with HTML/PHP/CSS/MySQL/JavaScript/Jquery/XML/Ajax/etc) and Photoshop. I use WAMP for development. The example website (UDEMY) I believe is a custom made website (not based on WordPress) but it is a responsive design. I have experience of creating a custom CMS using clean and straightforward procedural programming (not MVC frameworks) and I believe it will be good for a website like this. I only lack experience in payments integration but that should not be a problem once it is decided which third-party gateway to use.
