Build an Awards Website with a small online store

My family and I run a trophy and awards shop and we're looking to have a website made for us. The vast majority of our business thus far has been by word of mouth and we're now trying to increase our online presence and availability. This website needs to have certain features available for purchase via an online store, along with an easy to use interface for adding/removing products (easy to use as in my 65 year old father needs to be able to learn it). We have no preference in regards to how the website is written, except that we would prefer webpages not from a template. As for the store set-up, I'm perfectly fine if you use and/or integrate existing eCommerce designs or templates into that portion of the website. Once we get the basics of the store set up, I'd expect you to give me a brief tutorial on how to add/remove products and then hand it over to me. Following this, I may/may not contact you occasionally for follow up work should I have questions or want something else done. We are not trying to compete against nation-wide internet companies and as such are NOT looking for a 30+ page website. We want to design a 10-12 page website which will allow us to showcase some of our previous work as well as a variety of services we offer and then encourage customers to call us for personal attention. Our "Store" section will have a few of our most commonly ordered products and NOT the thousands of products you see elsewhere. I do not want to get a list of 20-30 websites you've created before--send me 3-4 websites you're most proud of and/or you think would be relevant to this project and I'll be able to get a feel for your work. The mock up and websites you submit will also give us an idea of what your design would look like.
