Build and manage one Online Amazon Store to sell Gems

We are GemStones suppliers and we want to create a online store for our gemstones to sell on average $50,000.00 per month. The freelancer will receive from us, the catalogs and the pictures of our Gemstones (see some examples of pictures of our products attached to this post). The freelancer will create a Amazon Store from scratch and put our products to sell at our store. Our gemstones doesn't have a barcode SKU codes, so if required by Amazon fulfillment center, a outsourced solution must be used for repackaging and sticking the barcodes. The Amazon Store must have a database shared with a Webstore that is not a Amazon Store, but will also use the Amazon Fulfillment Center. something like shopify or any other solution like this. The store must be fully automated, from selling and shipping using FBA and also the purchase order for new supplies of gemstones, will also be automated. We will consider that the store is operational and successful when it reaches its first $ 5,000.00 in sales. Our milestones will be the following: Milestone 1 - webstore projects are approved by us with sketches of all the pages. Including Excel profit simulator, pages design and forms templates for selling and for buying. This milestone is limited to 0.3% of the total bid amount 2 - webstore is live online and makes it's first sale of any item (this milestone is limited to 10% of the total bid amount) 3 - webstore remains operational and sells $5,000.00 in various different sales and products are delivered. (this milestone is limited to 20% of the total bid amount) 4 - Manuals for the store and it's operations are approved by us. (manuals must be done considering Virtual assistants doing ALL the existing unautomated work and all freelancer payments are done on a per task basis) (This milestone is limited to 5% of the total bid amount) 5 - 3 consecutive months with more than $50k in sales. (This milestone will be the biggest milestone and is not limited in any percentage of the bid amount) bid must include ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS.
